Went to gym for a body combat today. A v vigorous and nice workout today =) has sweat it all out..LOL. I think i once heard the instructor saying 1 hr of vigorous workout can burn your fats up to 6 hrs.. haha .. I eat green vege + 1 slice of yummy mooncake for dinner only. LOL.

I had a web cam msn with Andri , my funny indo-chinese fren. hahaha..Long time nv see him cos he has been working in indo ever since he left his attachment at Oakwell. We did met one time.. quite a long time ago liao.. LOL. Having a web cam session feels quite weird but tt is funny.lol.

I still thinking about tt wedding video la.. damn.. so envy.. Although I dun know them , I sincerely wish them BAI TOU DAO LAO.
