We were walking down the street of East Coast Rd to hunt for food after the KTV session at Teo Heng. Passed by a lot of eateries! There were so much food to explore MAN. Gotta tried it all out when I think Im not tt fat. hahahhaha.
Actually I wanted to bring him to go eat bak kut teh. But a signboard caught Bay Bi's eyes. IT IS "CHOU TOU FOO". Goodness... smelly toufu.. wt.. I tried once before but it seems not to give me a v gd impression. hahahaha. To me, it just Smells like DRAIN. Since Bay Bi is craving for his taiwanese home food especially CHOU TOU FOO..haha.. so we chosen the taiwan rest to settle our dinner. THe rest name is called "Feng Lai Ge" (opened by a Taiwanese boss) at Joo Chiat Rd. If you can find katong shopping mall, Cross Opposite (there is a rd junction ahead). After u cross, there is a coffeeshop and walk straight. Not bad la.. This was my third time trying.
So we ordered a lot as usual for just 2 of us..

A broth which taste interesting. haha. I really cant find a word but used "interesting" to describe the taste. A taste I nv tried before.
Bay Bi's main Dish. THis is v nice when HOT. THe Bowl "Wa" Kueh.
The Lead. "Drain TOufu" THis is piggy SMELLY like a DRAIN. How does he put it into his mouth? Ok la. I put it inside mine too. Its like im tasting some drain juice when I chewed the toufoo. haha. But according to Smelly TOufoo eater, there's a way to eat it. Please Scroll down to learn the way.

Here's the way to eat Drain Toufoo! 1) Slice half open the toufoo with fork. 2) Stuff the given pickled vege in. 3) Dip it in the chilli sauce 4) Eat with the mindset "Whoa...This tastes Is so Good"
Bay Bi asked me.. "which food I like most" ..haha. My answer is the Lu Dan ( The Lor Egg.. black black one). After all, all the food is not bad la.. except.. ><
